The 3-star Elephant Springs Hotel in Bela Bela is rebranding. The property begun its renovations early 2018, with the first wave of new Twin Hotel Rooms opening in time for Valetines Day this year. This was followed by additional Twin Hotel rooms changing throughout the year and very recently the complete revamp of its restaurant and bar.
Following from this, the property is also updating its logo, with a partial change to its name. The Cabanas have been rebranded as Apartments, which is also in line with the 2019 scheduled upgrade of these self-catering units. The new look of the hotel includes not only incredible new artwork displayed on the walls, but structural changes which includes a brand new hotel entrance from the parking lot, a new look restaurant and a revamped bar with private lounge area.
Says Director Stef Venter, “the changes are part of the exciting plans that we have for Elephant Springs, re-establishing it is Bela Bela’s most sought after holiday destination.” The property’s close proximity to well known Forever Resort Warmbaths, alongside shopping malls and restaurants, makes Elephant Springs the easy choice for guests who wish to explore Bela Bela. Says Venter, “with the rebranding and renovations we aim to reintroduce not only the town and its offering, but also South of Africa’s new look which has already been implemented at our Western Cape hotels, and the nearby 4-star Shangri-La Country Hotel & Spa.”
The hotel’s first floor hotel rooms are scheduled to be completed early 2019 followed by the ground floor rooms and Apartments during the course of the year.
