SOA’s newly renovated self-catering establishment in Bela Bela, Elephant Springs Apartments, has officially opened its doors this past month. The 20-unit, 3-bedroomed property located opposite Forever Resorts Warmbaths, welcomed its first guests to rave reviews.
The property, which shares the restaurant, bar and reception with the next door hotel, boasts brand new interiors in each unit, with renovated bathrooms (both now offer a shower), new look kitchen and allocated braai stands for each unit. All groundfloor units have a built in braai on their patios, while balcony units have numbered braai stands next to the pool.
Additional guest toilets have been added to the courtyard area for guests who stay in the balcony units, making it more convenient and no longer having to head up the stairs should the need arise. A new pergola is also added to the pool side, with upcoming children playground facilities introduced later in the year. The swimming pool has also been redone with a beautiful blue look that matches the new Greek-inspired exterior colour scheme.
Another new feature is the selfie hotspot of angel wings, which guests are recommended to use as their backdrop when posting photos on social media. The property has its own social media channels and can be tagged at @elephantspringsapartments on Instagram and Facebook, or @apartmentsES on Twitter.
Complimentary WiFi is also part of the offering at the Elephant Springs Apartments, and each unit has its own Smart TV with Netflix, ShowMax and YouTube available free of charge.
